Little Belle Skirt

Skirt can be worn on hips or waist, depending on how you adjust the elastic. Make this skirt from one, two, or three fabrics. Optional narrow belt with button closure or bow Velcro closure is included in the pattern. Available in May 2009. Sizes: Toddler 1-4 and Children 5-14. |
