Kay Wright has been interested in sewing since her first sewing class in 1967.
She believes sewing is a skill anyone can learn and takes every opportunity to share her love of sewing and inspire others
to learn how to sew. Since 2006 Kay has taught a variety of garment construction classes ranging from beginning to advanced
construction and pattern fitting at a local sewing machine dealer in Thornton, Colorado. Kay holds a Bachelor's
degree in business administration, and is a Palmer/Pletsch Certified
Sewing Instructor (CSI) and Trained Sewing Instructor from the Sewing & Craft Alliance. Kay is also a member of Sewing Educators Alliance (SEA) and American Sewing Guild (ASG).
Kay teaches classes at national sewing expos and guilds, and is available for workshops, classes, and lectures nationwide. Descriptions of classes and the supply lists are available below. The
